Ocean 44 is seafood reinvented in a vibrant upscale atmosphere specializing in world class seafood and the great steaks we are known for at Steak 44. Different than anything we have done in the past, the atmosphere is second to none, featuring a blend of dining settings ranging from dramatic to intimate. At the core of the Ocean 44 Experience is our chef sourced, highest graded sustainable fresh seafood from around from the world, enhanced with unique and interesting appetizers and side dishes that go beyond the traditional seafood menu.
Located on Goldwater Boulevard just North of Camelback Road, Ocean 44 brings a vibrant and contemporary atmosphere to the Scottsdale dining scene. The restaurant is a completely new building and the interior decorations have been carefully designed by Testani Design Group. Ocean 44’s dining space is a combination of grand spaces and smaller more intimate spaces for a personalized dining experience and decor that provides our guest with an exciting seaside feel, while keeping our tradition of intimacy and staying true to the upscale vibe.
All of our furniture from dining room tables to our bar stools have been carefully selected to add to the chic ambiance of each dining area. With just shy of 12,000 square feet available, our dining space has been intricately planned to provide an aesthetic for any occasion. Quiet nooks and private dining rooms offer an intimate, romantic settings, while our larger dining areas give large groups and parties a chance to engage in an energetic experience. The restaurant also features an extravagant glass expo kitchen with nearby seating so guests can be apart of the action. With Ocean 44, we have created a vibrant, fashionable atmosphere that emulates an airy coastal feel, right here in Arizona.
Our dining room features a large lively bar where guests can enjoy a taste of something from our extensive wine and Scotch list and two dining bars. Ocean 44’s menu is composed of incredibly fresh seafood options, some of which will be cooked in our custom-made, wood-fired oven set forth in our on-stage kitchen and right next to our 18-foot raw bar. Chef Siegfried Hohaus’s culinary team can be seen preparing selections from our expansive raw bar, fresh seafood menu, and prime-grade steak menu, turning a night out into an unforgettable performance.
